Processor Frequency : The processor frequency is the rate at which the processor reads data internally. This rate is measured in gigahertz or clock beats per seconds.

Word Size : Word size is the calculated maximum amount of bits of information that a computer can compute simultaneously.

Overclocking : Overclocking is when the processor is manually set to run at a higher frequencey than suggested. Overclocking can cause overheating problems with your processor and is not recommended.

Data Path : Data path is the amount of data that is transported to and from the processor.

SRAM : SRAM is an abbreviation that stands for Static Random Access Memory. SRAM is an actual ram chip that stores important programming code temporarily, or as long as the computer has power.

Memory Cache : Memory cache is a small amount of random access memory (RAM) that is stored so that the computer's memory controller can retrieve programming code faster by anticipating its next operation.

Primary Memory Cache : Primary memory cache is internal cache found inside a processor.

External Memory Cache : External memory cache is external cache found outside a processor.
